Free revisions
Minor revisions to a feedback report are free within 7 days of delivery, provided the original brief and rubric have not changed.
Refunds
- Full refund if work has not yet started and no mentor has been assigned.
- Partial refund if the delivered feedback materially does not match the agreed scope.
- No refund for changes to the brief made after delivery, or grade outcomes.
